Best wishes for a very speedy recovery. Missed you in San Fran. I left California with 3 - 6 week old puppies. Mom enjoyed seeing them when I stopped by for a VERY quick visit. The puppies were not planned to take home to Pennsylvania. You know how things happen. Never a dull moment in our lives. I'm so happy that you have Sam in your life to brighten your difficult days. We met in Jefferson, TX in January, and I loved your sense of humor. I hope that your recovery goes well and quickly. My mom had two knee replacements and a hip replacement, all after she was in her 70's. The best advice I have based on her experiences in rehab is to do everything that they offer to build your strength...especially the water aerobics if they are offered. She was amazing in each recovery situation, and we credit her willingness to push herself to do the work and to keep her sense of humor.
